All profits from the 2009 2Days2Men2Grow weekend will be donated to Feeding America and Joining Hearts.	Scott has a background in business and counseling and for more than 15 years has planned and facilitated thousands of workshops for corporate executives, managers and employees. His experiences help him to develop the agendas, choose guest speakers and to keep the weekends moving smoothly.
